Separated from France by the Pyrenees mountains, Spain has learned a lot about viticulture from France, and vice versa. Winded Speech is a truly Spanish wine made from a distinctly French grape: Chardonnay. The hot, dry summers of Spain give Winded Speech its signature mango, pineapple, and lemon aromas with a buttery finish.
