“Vinho Branca” literally translates to “white wine.” It can be traced to the Latin “blancus” which means bright, shining, and even blinding. The striking brightness of Whispering Ridge comes from removing the skins before fermentation, leaving a light-bodied, fruity, clean wine that pairs perfectly with food.
